They’re Gypsy horses, called Gypsy vanners in the U.S. and colored cobs by the breed’s creators in the U.K. I’m lucky to have shared part of my life with such beautiful animals, but I’m far, far more fortunate to have met Yvonne and Ramoth in 1997.
